Ulaanbaatar dairy

Summer camps and city desks.

Yak Dairy has its office in Ulaanbaatar. It was started by the manager of a small dairy that buys from herder families in Khentii, with a coder who has tracked food batches for grocery importers. We have no history with blockchain, and Canton is new to us.

Aimags we cover: Khentii and Tuv, Mongolia. A small team that drives out from Ulaanbaatar to summer camps and sits with herder families at churning time.

Status today: Prototype. No cheese batch has a live record yet.

Ledger know-how: None of us has run ledger software before. Each dairy hears from us that the contract code is still at practice stage.
